Property Description

This is a brand new villa on a brand new complex and will comfortably sleep six. It comprises 4 levels.

Lower level: Here we have two double bedrooms with bathroom.
Ground level: We have a spacious Lounge area, dining area, kitchen and toilet.

First level: Contains the Master bedroom with en-suite and private balcony.
Top Level: This is the Beautiful Roof Terrace area with patio furniture and sea views.

In the villa you will find a fridge / freezer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, high-chair which converts to a baby walker, travel cot, bed linen.

We also have a cleaner who will call once or twice a week.

To the front of the villa there is a veranda leading down to our own private splash pool.

On the complex itself there is a large pool with separate childrens pool surrounded by a decked area with a Bar. There is/will be a tennis court, football pitch, crazy golf and childrens play area.

Location Description

The Olive Village Complex is located on the gentle slopes of Akbuk hills where the Oxygen level is said to be the highest comparing to other areas and holiday towns throughout the coastline.

The area of Akbuk has lovely bars and restaurants all very child friendly and they provide a free taxi service which makes your dining experience more enjoyable and relaxed.

There are also supermarkets (where you can buy English items like baked beans, news papers etc), cash machines, barbers / hairdressers, coffee shop , a large outdoor market once a week, lots of childrens play areas, nice beach and a marina.

Its a short journey either by car or bus into the busier area of Altinkum.

The closest airport is Bodrum and we provide FREE transfers to and from the airport to the villa. The journey is about 50mins.
