Akbuk Holiday Villa Rental in Turkey



Thinking of buying property in AKBUK Turkey? If you are considering buying investment property in AKBUK or a holiday home, you don't need us to tell you there is plenty of choice and plenty of company's wanting to fly you over and to give you the "free" inspection tour. They will tell you its not a hard sell tour, that you are free to take your time and that you will have some free time to enjoy AKBUK. Just think about it, these people want to make money and its your money they want, no matter how they wrap things up, how many free lunches and drinks they buy you or how much they laugh and smile it is hard sell, you will get very little free time and they only want to show you property that they need to sell or get best commisson on. They will try and wear you down. So how about another approach, do your research on the internet, see what you like the look of, write down the information, telephone numbers etc. Book yourself some cheap flights, rent a villa such as ours. Have a day or two to climatise then phone your chosen companies, they will bend over backwards to come and pick you up and take you to see their property and will probably buy you lunch. The other option is go and talk to local estate agents. The advantage of this is that YOU are in control, YOU see what YOU want to see. Plus in the evening you are back in the villa and can do what YOU want to do. If the next day you want to see more property off you go, if not hit the beach. Maybe go back to the complex you like on your own so you can get a better feel. Its a lot more relaxing than some dipstick on commission, driving you about all day looking at properties you are not interested in, showing you "the beach", "the bay", "the marina". Believe us the "free flights" "free meals and "free" accommodation" on a three day inspection trip are not worth it unless of course you know exactly what you want and where.
